Museum of Reincarnation
The Museum of Reincarnation is a unique and innovative next stop for students. They have never experienced anything like the Museum of Reincarnation. The Museum consists of seven galleries. The portraits of the seven famous people in the museum come alive and talk to the visiting students. The galleries are dedicated to Martin Luther King Jr., George Washington, Ludwig van Beethoven, Marie Curie, Hatshepsut, Florence Nightingale, and Albert Einstein. Each famous person shares the stories of their journey to immortality as well as advice that is applicable to the journey of the student. The Museum offers students a unique opportunity to learn from men and women who have helped to shape the world. Students are required to listen carefully to the stories of the famous people and make notes about the vocabulary. The stories by the famous people are crafted to include intermediate and advanced vocabulary taken from the songs. Students then learn their new vocabulary from the contexts of the stories of the famous people. Inserting the intermediate and advanced vocabulary into the dialogue of famous people provides students with a new context for familiar words. They are improving their listening skills and vocabulary as a subskill.
